Job Description

Location: Mumbai/Pune 

Experience: Corporate Interior Fitouts ONLY (6+ years), a trailblazer in corporate interior design, is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer who thrives in creating innovative, functional, and aesthetic office environments. If you have a background in corporate office interior projects and possess strong skills in the pitching process and layout presentations, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your career with a dynamic team! 

Key Responsibilities: 
 • Lead and design corporate interior fitout projects from concept to execution, with a focus on office spaces. 
 • Present layout designs and space planning ideas clearly and effectively to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. 
• Play a key role in the pitching process, creating compelling presentations that win new projects and meet client requirements. 
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity and alignment with client vision. 
• Ensure all designs meet functionality, aesthetic, and budget requirements, maintaining high standards of quality. 
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience: 
• Mandatory: Extensive experience in corporate interior fitouts, particularly in corporate office interiors (only apply if you have a portfolio showcasing these projects). 
• Expertise in pitching design concepts and making persuasive layout presentations. • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design tools. 
• Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture layout, material selection, and design presentation. • Excellent communication skills to present ideas to clients and internal teams effectively. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, working independently and collaboratively. 
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining a client-focused approach. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily functional duties in strict compliance with operational protocols.
  • Coordinate actively with cross-departmental stakeholders to fulfill team goals.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate operational records and performance summaries.
  • Identify workflow improvements to increase daily output efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to corporate guidelines, quality benchmarks, and data confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Recognized educational credential matching the role specifications.
  • Proven prior working experience in a similar organizational setup.
  • Good verbal communication and professional office etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures.
  • Open source contributions.
