We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in corporate office interior projects. The ideal candidate should be creative, client-focused and confident in pitching design concepts, space planning and layout presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate interior fit-out projects from concept to execution.
• Develop innovative, functional and aesthetically appealing office designs.
• Prepare and present layouts, space planning concepts and design proposals to clients.
• Support the pitching process by creating compelling design presentations.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure designs meet functionality, aesthetics, quality and budget requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior designers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and design standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in corporate interior fit-outs.
• Corporate office interior experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant corporate fit-out experience are requested not to apply.
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed corporate office projects.
• Excellent presentation and client-pitching skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant design tools.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts and material selection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a design team.
