Position: Senior Sales & Business Development Executive
(International Voice Campaign)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years (Proven track record in international B2B/B2C
voice sales required)
Location: Delhi, Gurgaon & Noida (Prime corporate locations with
excellent connectivity)
Salary Package:
· Monthly Take-Home: ₹35,000 - ₹60,000 per month
· Annual CTC: ₹4,20,000 - ₹7,20,000 P.A. (Up to ₹7.2 LPA based on experience + lucrative uncapped commissions)

Overview:
We are launching a high-volume recruitment drive for seasoned Sales &
Business Development professionals to lead revenue expansion across premium
global markets. In this role, you will leverage your 3–5 years of voice sales
experience to pitch high-value corporate services, negotiate contracts, and
close critical international deals. This role provides an exceptional fixed
compensation plan paired with an industry-leading incentive matrix.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute strategic outbound voice pitches to high-intent international leads and enterprise clients.
· Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial cold outreach and discovery calls to final price negotiations and contract closure.
· Analyze client pain points to present customized, high-yield value propositions.
· Consistently hit weekly and monthly revenue conversion milestones while mentoring junior team members.
Key Requirements:
· Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
· 3 to 5 years of verifiable experience in international voice sales or inside sales processes.
· Flawless verbal English communication, exceptional objection handling, and sharp negotiation skills.
· Absolute flexibility to operate in international night shifts aligned with global time zones (US/UK/AU).
