• Graduate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Mandatory experience in the Three-Wheeler Automobile Industry.(

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the three-wheeler segment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Guide and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.

• Conduct regular field visits to support sales activities and dealer engagement.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and deliveries.

• Train new sales executives and monitor their performance.
