Job Overview: Customer Support & Telecalling Executive

Fynox Services is actively hiring Telecallers, BPO Customer Care Executives, and Inbound/Outbound Process Associates. Candidates will handle customer communication, service inquiry resolution, and lead follow-up calls in a structured corporate office environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Handling outbound client calls to introduce company offerings, verify customer requirements, and collect feedback.
• Addressing incoming customer questions regarding service packages, application status, and documentation steps.
• Maintaining accurate caller records, follow-up dates, and conversion notes in the internal CRM portal.
• Achieving weekly calling benchmarks while maintaining high customer satisfaction and polite telephone etiquette.
• Coordinating with senior team leaders and escalation executives to resolve complex queries promptly.

Candidate Eligibility & Required Skills

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Any Graduate.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with confident speaking skills are strongly encouraged to apply).
• Languages: Fluent Hindi; basic conversational English comprehension.
• Key Skills: Polite phone presence, active listening, resilience, and basic computer/smartphone usage.
