Job Details · Position: Document Verification Executive / Back Office Executive · Experience Required: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers with strong analytical skills are highly welcome) · Salary Range: 15,000 25,000 / Month (Based on profile assessment & computer literacy) · Job Location: NIT Faridabad, Haryana (On-site / Office-based) · Shift Timings: Standard Day Shift (9:30 AM 6:30 PM) · Joining Status: Immediate Joiners Only (Must be able to join within 2 to 4 days of selection) Key Responsibilities · Data Scrutiny: Thoroughly examine physical and digital documents (Aadhaar, PAN, passports, academic transcripts, or bank statements) for accuracy, authenticity, and completeness. · KYC Compliance: Perform digital KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications in alignment with standard corporate security protocols. · Database Maintenance: Efficiently log verification statuses, input audited user data, and update tracking records using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems. · Discrepancy Reporting: Flag and isolate mismatched information, forged credentials, or incomplete files, escalating suspicious cases to senior compliance managers. · Quality Assurance: Ensure high data entry accuracy while consistently meeting daily verification volume targets. What We Need (Eligibility & Skills) · Academic Foundation: Passed 12th standard, completed an ITI/Diploma, or hold an undergraduate degree in any discipline. · Technical Comfort: Basic proficiency in using computer systems, web browsers, and data entry software. Good familiarity with MS Excel (Data filtering, entry short-keys, cell sorting). · Speed & Precision: Typing speed of 25+ WPM with an eye for detail to catch minor errors or omissions. · Language Basics: Ability to read, understand, and evaluate text documents written in English and Hindi. · Integrity: Highly disciplined approach to handling sensitive customer data and confidential identity records securely.
