Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Sr. UI Designer to support a large-scale website design project in Figma. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, hands-on expertise in Figma, and the ability to work within an established design system. This role requires someone who can quickly understand requirements, follow brand and design system guidelines, and deliver high-quality web UI designs with minimal onboarding. The candidate should also be capable of guiding other designers, reviewing outputs, resolving inconsistencies, and driving continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities Design high-fidelity website interfaces in Figma for both desktop and responsive views, aligned with project requirements. Ensure strong brand consistency, visual accuracy, clear typography, structured layouts, appropriate colour usage, imagery, and responsive behaviour. Work with Figma libraries, components, styles, variables, grids, and templates while adhering to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and UI best practices. Collaborate closely with senior designers, design leads, developers, and project managers.
