1. Learn a High-Demand Tech Stack

2. Build Real-world Projects

Certificates do not impress tech hiring managers; working code does. Build functional websites, a personal dashboard, or utility APIs and host them on GitHub.

3. Highlight Transferable Skills

In interviews, explain how your BPO background helped you develop strong communication skills, client interaction protocols, and system troubleshooting standards. These soft skills set you apart from typical tech graduates.
