Job Description Return Process Executive Company: Blackhole Retail Location: Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi Experience: 12 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: Monday to Saturday About the Role Blackhole Retail is looking for a Return Process Executive to manage the complete return process for products received from various e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for receiving and inspecting returned products, identifying discrepancies, maintaining return records and raising appropriate claims/reimbursements on the respective platforms. Key Responsibilities Handle and process all customer/platform returns received at the warehouse. Receive, count and verify returned products against order and return details. Check SKU, quantity, product condition and accessories received with each return. Inspect products for damage, defects, missing parts, wrong products, used/tampered products and packaging issues. Conduct basic quality checks on returned products. Categorize returns as Resalable / Damaged / Defective / Missing Parts / Wrong Product / Claim Required. Take clear photos/videos as evidence wherever required. Identify return cases eligible for platform claims or reimbursement. Raise and manage claims on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy and other applicable platforms. Maintain records of all claims raised, approved, rejected and pending. Follow up regularly on pending and rejected claims. Ensure claims are submitted within the applicable platform timelines. Coordinate with Warehouse, QC, Inventory, Accounts and E-Commerce teams for return-related issues. Update inventory accurately after return inspection. Segregate damaged/defective products from resalable inventory. Prepare daily/weekly return and claim reports. Track return-related losses and identify recurring issues. Maintain proper documentation and evidence for every claim. Required Skills 12 years of experience in e-commerce return processing, warehouse operations or marketplace operations. Hands-on experience with returns from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra or quick-commerce platforms preferred. Basic knowledge of marketplace seller panels. Experience in raising and following up on claims/reimbursements. Good understanding of product inspection and return verification. Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to identify discrepancies and take timely action. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations and ensure smooth execution across our online channels. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other e-commerce platforms. Manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing and inventory. Process and monitor orders, cancellations, returns and replacements. Maintain marketplace inventory and ensure stock availability. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely order processing and dispatch. Monitor marketplace dashboards, notifications, performance metrics and account health. Handle marketplace cases, complaints, claims and operational issues. Coordinate FBA/FBF and marketplace shipments wherever applicable. Monitor product ratings, reviews and customer feedback. Identify listing or operational issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly marketplace reports. Support promotional activities, offers and basic marketplace campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams including warehouse, inventory, accounts, customer support and management. Ensure marketplace policies and operational guidelines are followed. Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion. Required Skills 12 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace operations. Practical experience with Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra, etc is preferred. Good understanding of marketplace seller panels and order management. Basic knowledge of product listing, inventory and pricing management. Ability to handle marketplace cases and resolve operational issues. Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines. Should be proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership of assigned work. Preferred Candidate Candidates who have directly worked on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Myntra Seller Panel will be preferred. Experience in FBA/FBF, quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit/Zepto/Swiggy, marketplace advertising and claims/settlements will be an added advantage.
