Next Square Feet is hiring Digital Sales & Data Mining Executives for a 100% Work From Home opportunity across India. The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying and researching property-owner leads through online platforms, verifying contact and property information, making outbound calls, following up with potential customers, explaining our property listing services, handling customer questions and objections, and converting qualified prospects into customers. The role is ideal for candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, BPO Sales, Lead Generation, Data Mining, Cold Calling, Real Estate Sales, or Business Development. Hindi and English communication is required, while Telugu and other regional languages are preferred. Candidates will maintain daily lead records, complete outbound calls, manage follow-ups, achieve sales targets, and submit daily activity reports. We offer 100% WFH, starting salary of 10,000/month plus performance incentives, with potential earnings of 25,000+ per month based on performance.
