We are looking for a Staff Engineer with 69 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot to provide technical leadership across backend systems, architecture, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot Own system architecture and technical design decisions Lead and mentor engineers through code reviews and technical discussions Design and optimize database schemas and queries using MySQL and PostgreSQL Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems Drive coding standards, engineering best practices, testing, and technical quality Identify and resolve technical issues and production incidents Required Skills & Experience: 69 years of software engineering experience Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot Experience in Microservices and REST API development Strong knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems Working knowledge of AWS or Azure Experience mentoring or leading engineers Strong understanding of scalable and enterprise-grade backend systems
