Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers 2+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously Good knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS/job portals Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred Industry Preference: Cosmetics | FMCG | Pharma | Recruitment Consultancy Interested candidates can share their updated CV at: artitandon17@gmail. com Contact: 9821833448
