💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional to join our team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

• 2+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS/job portals
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred
