Job Summary: We are hiring Operators for a company specializing in the design and manufacture of automotive wiring harnesses, connectors, electronic products, and instrumentation for commercial and passenger vehicles in Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Candidates with ITI / Diploma / Graduate / 10th / 12th pass qualifications are eligible to apply. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Eligibility Criteria: Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduate Age: 18 to 32 years Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply Location Preference: Candidates willing to work in Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Roles and Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of automotive wiring harnesses, connectors, and electronic components Assemble wiring harnesses and automotive electrical components according to production standards Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain production targets and ensure timely completion of work Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures Identify and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area Support supervisors in production-related activities Required Skills: Basic understanding of production / assembly line operations Knowledge of electrical wiring or automotive components is an advantage Ability to operate machines efficiently Good teamwork and discipline Willingness to work in shifts Basic awareness of safety procedures Benefits: Salary between 14,000 20,000 per month Overtime benefits as per company policy Training for freshers Career growth opportunities in automotive manufacturing Safe and professional working environment Interested candidates can apply immediately for this excellent opportunity in the automotive manufacturing sector.
