Key Responsibilities

·         AdSense Optimization: Audit existing websites to implement high-yield ad placements, unit sizes, and formats without degrading user experience.

·         Policy Compliance & Auditing: Conduct strict checks to identify, prevent, and fix Google AdSense policy violations (e.g., scraped content, invalid traffic, policy warnings).

·         Account Recovery & Health: Troubleshoot account restrictions, ad serving limits, and policy breaches to restore clean monetization status.

·         Revenue Growth: Analyze Core Web Vitals, organic traffic metrics, and fill rates to maximize overall Electronic Cost Per Mille (eCPM).

·         Traffic Quality Management: Work closely with the content and SEO teams to ensure traffic sources align with AdSense premium publisher quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         AdSense Mastery: 3+ years of hands-on experience explicitly managing Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager (GAM), or premium ad networks.

·         Policy Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Publisher Policies, behavioral policies, and invalid traffic (IVT) control mechanisms.

·         Analytical Tools: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, and ad revenue tracking dashboards.

·         Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (like WordPress) to accurately position ad codes and ads.txt files.
