👨‍🔧 Trades:
ITI– Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Welder, Diesel Mechanic, MMV, Tool & Die

Diploma– Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Tool & Die
❌ Electrician / Electronics / CS not required

🎓 Eligibility:
ITI (2020–2026)  Diploma (2021–2026)

💰 Salary / Stipend:
🔹 ITI: ₹15,780 + ₹1,000 (Attendance) = ₹16,780 | DBT: ₹1,500 (Separate)

🔹 Diploma: ₹16,000 + ₹1,000 (Attendance) = ₹17,000 | DBT: ₹4,000 (Separate)

⏱️ Rotational Shift | OT Double
🎁 Benefits: Uniform + 7CL + 7SL + Govt Holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures.
  • Open source contributions.
