Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the FinTech industry with organizations such as PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, or similar digital payment and financial services companies.

This role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills, team management experience, and the ability to drive business growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Drive merchant acquisition and customer onboarding.
• Monitor sales performance and improve team productivity.
• Conduct regular field visits and support the team in closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.

Eligibility
