·         Work Location: New Town Rajarhat, Kolkata (In-Office / Corporate Setup)

·         Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on clear typing assessment and interview)

·         Annual CTC Package: ₹3,00,000 to ₹3,60,000 per annum (CTC)

Key Responsibilities

·         Data Management: Insert, update, and verify extensive alphanumeric customer or business records from raw source documents into company databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.

·         Quality Control: Review digital files for missing data, errors, or inconsistencies, making corrections before final data submission.

·         File Organization: Systematically maintain, index, and organize electronic files and digital records for easy access by other departments.

·         Administrative Support: Assist operational teams with regular report generation, sorting digital paperwork, and responding to internal back-office emails.

·         Confidentiality: Handle sensitive corporate information securely while strictly adhering to company data privacy compliance rules.

Required Eligibility & Skills

·         Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, BCA, BBA, BA, B.Sc, etc.) or Higher Secondary (10+2) with outstanding computer knowledge.

·         Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (specifically MS Excel formulas/vlookup and MS Word) or Google Workspace tools.

·         Typing Efficiency: Good alphanumeric keyboard typing speed (minimum 30–35 WPM) with high-level accuracy.
