·         Role: Branch Banking Executive / Relationship Officer / Financial Sales Associate

·         Experience Required: Fresher (0 - 1 year)

·         Work Location: Park Street, Kolkata (In-Office / Branch Banking)

·         Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month (Based on evaluation and soft skills)

·         Annual CTC Package: ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,80,000 per annum (CTC) + Lucrative Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

·         Client Acquisition: Pitch retail banking and wealth management products—including savings/current accounts, premium credit cards, loans, and investment plans—to potential clients.

·         Relationship Management: Manage walk-in customers and mapped corporate portfolios to cross-sell financial products and drive business growth.

·         Financial Advising: Understand customer investment or credit needs and present tailored financial packages.

·         Compliance & KYC: Assist clients through the digital onboarding process, ensuring clean KYC verification and accurate documentation in line with banking regulations.

·         Target Performance: Meet weekly and monthly branch banking milestones as set by the management team.

Required Eligibility & Skills

·         Education: Any Graduate / Post-Graduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA Finance, or BA Economics preferred).

·         Core Skills: Basic understanding of banking operations, financial markets, and basic credit products.

·         Communication: Confident presentation skills with excellent verbal fluency in English and Hindi/Bengali.

·         Traits: Confident, proactive, target-driven, and comfortable engaging face-to-face with corporate clients.
