Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Sales (SEO & Web Development)

Role Type: Individual Contributor / Direct Closer (Not an Assistant role)

Location: Sector 4, Noida (On-site)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Annual CTC: ₹4.8 Lakhs – ₹7.2 Lakhs per annum (plus lucrative performance incentives)

We are a fast-growing digital agency based in Sector 4, Noida, delivering high-impact SEO solutions and cutting-edge website design and development services. We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) who specializes in closing deals. This is a core sales execution role for an aggressive closer, not an administrative or assistant position.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Deal Closure: Take complete ownership of the sales funnel from lead nurturing, technical requirement gathering, and pitching to final contract signing.
• Revenue Generation: Convert international and domestic leads for SEO, custom website development (WordPress, Shopify, PHP), and digital marketing projects.
• Strategic Bidding & Pitching: Create high-converting business proposals, wireframes/scopes of work (SOW), and deliver impactful sales pitches to C-level executives and business owners.
• Lead Generation Channels: Actively close leads generated via Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and inbound marketing channels.
• Client Retention: Negotiate pricing, handle objections smoothly, close project milestones, and ensure smooth onboarding transitions to the technical team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven track record as a BDM or IT Sales Executive specifically selling SEO and Web Development services.
• Skills: Expert closer with a deep understanding of SEO methodologies (On-page, Off-page, Tech SEO) and website development frameworks.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with pitch-perfect negotiation abilities.
• Independence: Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor and consistently hit monthly revenue targets.
