Business Manager for Government Tenders in Prayagraj

Key Responsibilities:• Identify relevant government tender opportunities across applicable business verticals• Prepare and compile complete tender documentation in line with eligibility requirements• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary technical and financial information• Liaise with government department officials throughout the tender process• Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with all tender terms and conditions• Track tender status, follow up on approvals and manage contract execution post award• Maintain organized records of all tenders applied for, won and in progress• Ensure ongoing compliance with contractual obligations for awarded government contracts
Requirements:• Graduate in any discipline; background in business administration or commerce preferred• 3 to 5 years of experience in government tender management, bid preparation or contract management• Strong documentation, organizational and follow-up skills• Good communication skills with experience liaising with government departments• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
