Carrying and Forwarding Agent Manager in Prayagraj

Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end receipt, storage and dispatch of IOCL products at the CFA facility• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock reconciliation• Coordinate transportation and distribution logistics to ensure timely product delivery• Liaise with IOCL depot officials for documentation, approvals and compliance requirements• Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations applicable to fuel storage and handling• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient day-to-day operations• Prepare periodic reports on stock movement, dispatch status and operational performance• Resolve operational issues related to supply chain and distribution promptly
Requirements:• Graduate in any discipline; background in supply chain or logistics preferred• 3 to 5 years of experience in CFA operations, warehousing or distribution management• Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics coordination• Familiarity with oil and gas industry compliance requirements is an advantage• Good organizational and team supervision skills• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
