Candidates must consistently meet internal performance targets, including CSAT, quality standards, and Average Handling Time.Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
0 to 1 year of experience in a BPO, OTA, or travel industry.
Native-level fluency in both English and Hindi.
Strong communication skills; knowledge of Amadeus GDS and AI tools is a major plus.
Comfort working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
