Notice Period Requirement: 30 Days (Maximum)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Respond to WhatsApp enquiries, understand customer needs, and collect item details/photos for assessment.
Explain service options and technician estimates to arrange bookings.
Coordinate pickup details and timing between customers and operations.
Obtain customer approval for final quotes before work begins.
Provide progress updates and manage return delivery expectations.
Handle customer questions and concerns, escalating quality or delivery issues where needed.
Maintain customer records, confirm delivery, and collect feedback.

Candidate Requirements:
Strong Customer Success / WhatsApp Sales & Support Profile with clear, patient communication and organised follow-through.
Must have 1+ years experience owning the customer relationship end-to-end — from first enquiry through to service completion and delivery.
Must have experience handling customer enquiries over WhatsApp (or similar chat/messaging), understanding needs, collecting details, and converting suitable enquiries into bookings.
Must be able to explain a service and estimates clearly, answer questions, and help a customer decide, with a mix of soft sales and support.
Must have organised follow-through — coordinating pickup/delivery timing with customers and internal teams, sharing quotes, obtaining approvals, and keeping customers informed on progress.
Must be able to handle customer questions and concerns, escalate delivery or quality issues to the right team, and communicate the agreed resolution, checking facts with the team before making promises.
Must be comfortable using WhatsApp and digital customer records, keeping clear records, follow-ups, delivery confirmations, and collecting feedback.
Must have clear, patient, customer-friendly communication (spoken and written).
This is a Fully remote role with 8 hours of login time required.

Preferred: Experience in a service business (repair/restoration/home services/D2C), or prior WhatsApp-based sales/support.
