About the Role:
We are looking for fresh graduates interested in starting their careers in the finance sector. The role offers hands-on experience in customer communication, verification, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls, queries, and follow-ups.
• Follow up for pending documents and payments.
• Verify customer documents and update records accurately.
• Assist with basic customer issues and escalate when required.
• Follow up on repayments and overdue payments professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for updates and resolutions.
Eligibility:
• Fresh graduates from any stream.
• Good communication in Hindi & English.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Final designation and responsibilities will be shared upon selection.
