We are hiring experienced Field Technicians / Elevator Installation Technicians for our Mumbai operations. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end elevator installation, lift installation, modernization, mechanical fitting, and electrical troubleshooting. Experience in the elevator industry is preferred, and candidates currently working as Technicians or Installation Technicians are encouraged to apply.
The selected candidate will be responsible for installing new and modernized elevator units while following Schindler installation methods, safety procedures, quality standards, and technical guidelines. The role also includes coordinating with supervisors and customers, monitoring installation progress, reporting working hours, identifying non-compliance, and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.
Candidates with ITI, NCTVT, or Diploma qualifications in Electrician, Fitter, Mechanical, or Lift Mechanic trades are preferred. Candidates must be willing to work across four Mumbai branches, including Powai / Western Line, and should be open to relocation within Mumbai when required.
