Executive Director for Group Business in Prayagraj

Key Responsibilities:• Define and drive the overall business strategy and growth roadmap for the group• Take complete P&L ownership across all group business verticals• Provide strategic and operational guidance to General Managers and department heads• Build and maintain key relationships with principal partners, financial institutions and government bodies• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and expansion possibilities for the group• Ensure strong corporate governance, compliance and risk management practices across the organisation• Drive organizational efficiency, cost optimization and performance improvement initiatives• Represent the group at key forums, partner meetings and strategic negotiations
Requirements:• Graduate/MBA from a reputed institution preferred• 12 to 18 years of senior leadership experience, with significant P&L and multi-business management exposure• Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership and stakeholder management skills• Strong business acumen across automobile, fuel retail and logistics sectors is highly desirable• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
