Job Opportunity for Female Candidates
We are looking for dynamic and confident Female Travel Sales Executives to join our International Inbound Travel Process. Candidates with experience in travel sales, ticketing, international voice process, or customer service are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, ticketing, and travel-related queries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
• Convert customer enquiries into successful bookings and sales.
• Explain airline fares, schedules, policies, and available offers.
• Resolve customer concerns and objections professionally.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the booking journey.
Candidate Requirements
✔ Female candidates only.
✔ 1–3 years of experience in Travel Sales, Flight Ticketing, International BPO, or a related field.
✔ Excellent English communication skills.
✔ Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
✔ Knowledge of airline ticketing and travel processes preferred.
✔ Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
✔ Comfortable interacting with international customers.
✔ Immediate joiners will be given preference.
