·         Role: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Consultant

·         Process: International Voice (Inbound/Outbound Sales)

·         Shift: US Night Shift

·         Experience: 3 to 5 years in international travel sales

·         Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month (plus lucrative incentives)

·         Location: Sector 63, Noida (On-site)

·         Joining: Immediate Joiners only

🎯 Key Responsibilities

·         Package Sales: Sell international cruise and holiday packages to global clients.

·         Ticketing: Handle flight and cruise ticketing, itineraries, and modifications.

·         Lead Conversion: Convert inbound inquiries and follow up on potential travel leads.

·         Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients by offering tailored travel solutions.

·         Targets: Meet monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications and Skills

·         Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an International Travel BPO.

·         Knowledge: Strong understanding of global cruise lines, holiday destinations, and ticketing systems (GDS knowledge is a plus).

·         Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

·         Flexibility: Comfortable working permanent night shifts.

·         Attributes: Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
