Fleet Executive in Kanpur

Key Responsibilities:• Assist in planning and tracking daily vehicle trips and schedules• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, fuel usage and trip documentation• Coordinate with drivers for timely pickup, delivery and route adherence• Follow up on vehicle maintenance requirements and workshop visits• Support the Fleet Manager in preparing daily and weekly operational reports• Ensure all trip-related paperwork and compliance documents are in order• Address day-to-day operational issues and escalate critical matters promptly
Requirements:• Graduate in any discipline• 1 to 2 years of experience in fleet operations, transport or logistics support roles• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation practices• Good communication and coordination skills• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
