Job Description

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
12th pass  Fresher Female Tele caller Required – No Sales, No Target | Fixed In-Hand ₹15K + ESIC + Bonus + Incentives

Role: Client Relationship Associate (CRA)
Location: Sector 16 Noida (Work from Office) | Mon–Sat | Face-to-Face Interview
Age: 18–28 years

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed In-Hand: ₹15,000/month

ESIC + Performance Bonus + Attractive Incentives (no salary cut even if targets aren't met )

We need immediate joiner and required female only 

Please note- Its a purely calling job  no sales jobs  but incentives are given as extra perks in case you achieve target
will get additional incentives but if you not able to achieve target then salary wont be affected .

Requirement

Female only | Freshers (12th Pass+) | Graduation pursuers can apply

Noida/local preferred | Fluent Hindi + Basic English | Comfortable with calling

Responsibilities:

Inbound/outbound calls for NGO fund collection (not sales)

Explain initiatives, answer queries, follow up, update records, meet calling targets

Safety: Secure workplace with strong safety measures for female staff


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures.
  • Open source contributions.
