Job Description

Lucia Financial Services India Pvt Ltd (Eluru, Andhra Pradesh) is hiring a Full Stack Developer for a full-time, on-site role with 1 opening. Candidates: Freshers (0–1 yr experience). Salary: ₹15,000–₹35,000 per month.
Lucia Financial Services is hiring a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain our web applications, customer portals and internal tools end to end.
Responsibilities:- Build responsive front-ends (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular).- Develop back-end services and REST APIs (Node.js, Python or Java).- Design and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB).- Test, debug and deploy features.- Work with the IT & Backend team on new modules.
Requirements:- B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent.- Good basics of front-end and back-end development, SQL/NoSQL databases and Git.- Freshers with projects/internships welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures.
  • Open source contributions.
