Key Job Details
· Role: Trainee Software Engineer / IT Support Associate
· Experience Required: Fresher (0 - 1 year)
· Work Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (In-Office)
· Joining Timeline: Immediate Joiners Only (Max 7–10 days notice period)
· Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month (Depending on technical rounds)
· Annual CTC Package: ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,20,000 per annum (CTC)
Key Responsibilities
· Software Development: Assist senior developers in writing clean, scalable, and testable code using languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
· Testing & Debugging: Perform basic software testing, identify bugs, and troubleshoot application errors.
· Database Management: Write basic SQL queries to fetch, update, and manage data within relational databases.
· IT Operations: Support system updates, application deployments, and maintain proper documentation of software specifications.
· Collaboration: Participate actively in daily team standups and follow Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Required Eligibility & Skills
· Education: B.E. / B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE), MCA, BCA, or B.Sc in Computer Science.
· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts, Data Structures, and basic database management (SQL/MySQL).
· Core Concepts: Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or backend logic frameworks is a plus.
· Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving mindset, fast learner, and good verbal/written English communication skills.
