Key Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence: Conduct secondary and primary research to perform market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex datasets using Excel to uncover operational bottlenecks and financial optimization opportunities.
• Deliverable Creation: Formulate high-quality PowerPoint presentations and structural business reports for corporate stakeholders.
• Client Collaboration: Participate in client workshops, document process workflows, and map organizational transformations.
• PMO Support: Maintain project management dashboards, track milestones, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Freshers (Class of 2025 / 2026) with excellent academic credentials or notable corporate internship experience.
• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree (BBA, B.Com Hons, Economics, B.Tech, or MBA) from a recognized university.
• Technical Skillset: Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced Excel functionalities (data modeling, macros, logical functions).
• Core Traits: Exceptional structural thinking, high cognitive ability, and the capacity to work under tight project timelines.
• Communication: Fluent, professional verbal and written English communication skills.
