General Manager in Prayagraj

Key Responsibilities:• Take complete ownership of dealership P&L for both sales and service operations• Drive sales targets, market share growth and profitability for commercial vehicles• Oversee workshop and service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency• Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, service and support functions• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company and manufacturer guidelines• Manage key relationships with regional teams, financiers and major customers• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, statutory requirements and company policies
Requirements:• Graduate/MBA preferred, with strong business acumen• 8 to 12 years of experience in automobile dealership management, with significant P&L responsibility• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in sales and service• Strong strategic, negotiation and stakeholder management skills• Deep understanding of the commercial vehicle dealership business model• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
