Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of dealership P&L for two-wheeler sales and service operations

• Drive showroom sales targets and market share growth in the assigned territory

• Oversee workshop operations to ensure service quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Build, mentor and lead a strong team across sales, service and support functions

• Develop business strategies in line with Hero MotoCorp guidelines and company objectives

• Manage relationships with Hero MotoCorp regional teams, financiers and key customers

• Track competitor activity and market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities

• Ensure adherence to manufacturer standards, statutory compliance and internal policies

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA preferred, with strong business and leadership acumen

• 5 to 8 years of experience in two-wheeler dealership management with P&L responsibility

• Proven track record of leading sales and service teams in an automobile dealership

• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation and relationship management skills

• Solid understanding of the two-wheeler retail and service business model

• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
