General Manager- Hero motocorp Sales and service in Prayagraj

Key Responsibilities:• Take complete ownership of dealership P&L for two-wheeler sales and service operations• Drive showroom sales targets and market share growth in the assigned territory• Oversee workshop operations to ensure service quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction• Build, mentor and lead a strong team across sales, service and support functions• Develop business strategies in line with Hero MotoCorp guidelines and company objectives• Manage relationships with Hero MotoCorp regional teams, financiers and key customers• Track competitor activity and market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities• Ensure adherence to manufacturer standards, statutory compliance and internal policies
Requirements:• Graduate/MBA preferred, with strong business and leadership acumen• 5 to 8 years of experience in two-wheeler dealership management with P&L responsibility• Proven track record of leading sales and service teams in an automobile dealership• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation and relationship management skills• Solid understanding of the two-wheeler retail and service business model• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
