Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive – Corporate to join our Corporate HR team at Science City, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS updates.
• Coordinate induction programs and employee joining formalities.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
• Organize employee engagement activities and corporate events.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain HR reports, MIS, and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
• Resolve employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.

Eligibility
