Job Summary

We are hiring Hub Incharge (HI) professionals for an exciting On-Roll opportunity in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. We are looking for experienced logistics professionals who can efficiently manage hub operations, oversee warehouse activities, coordinate deliveries, and lead operational teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hub and warehouse operations.
• Supervise inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and warehouse accuracy.
• Lead, train, and manage hub staff and delivery teams.
• Track operational KPIs and improve productivity.
• Coordinate with transportation partners and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure service quality.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and operational standards.
• Prepare daily MIS and operational reports.
