International Inbound Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated International Inbound Sales Executive (Female Only) to handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and online inquiries from international customers. The candidate will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products/services, convert leads into sales, and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from international customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Convert inbound leads into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls, emails, and chats.
• Explain product/service features, pricing, offers, and policies clearly.
• Build strong relationships with international customers.
• Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
• Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Meet quality, productivity, conversion, and revenue targets.

Experience

• 0–1 years of experience in International Sales, Inbound Sales, Inside Sales, International BPO, Telesales, or Customer Support.
• Freshers with excellent English communication and strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

Shift

• Comfortable working in international time zones / rotational or night shifts, depending on the target market.
