Key Responsibilities
· Lead sales and business development initiatives for GlobalPact SustainX and allied organizations.
· Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
· Build strategic partnerships with corporates, universities, healthcare institutions, wellness organizations, industries, government bodies, embassies, international organizations, and industry associations.
· Drive business opportunities for sustainability, renewable energy, ESG, climate action, smart cities, electric mobility, training, certification programs, conferences, and advisory services.
· Lead client meetings, negotiations, proposal presentations, and partnership discussions, including MoUs and strategic collaborations.
· Identify sponsorship opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
· Oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns, brand promotions, events, conferences, webinars, and outreach initiatives.
· Mentor and manage the Sales & Business Development team, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of business targets.
· Prepare business proposals, sales forecasts, MIS reports, and CRM updates for management review.
