Medical Representative (MR) in Rae Bareli

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Medical Representatives to manage and develop the assigned Raebareli or Sultanpur territory. The position requires coverage of the respective district city as well as assigned interior areas. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of continuous MR experience in the same territory and preferably with the same company, with strong knowledge of local doctors, pharmacies, distributors, routes, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover the assigned district city and designated interior areas.
• Conduct regular doctor and healthcare professional visits as per the company call plan.
• Promote company products effectively and communicate product benefits and scientific information.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and other customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate prescriptions and improve product visibility within the assigned territory.
• Ensure effective coverage of both city and interior markets.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Maintain regular follow-up with key customers and potential prescribers.
• Coordinate with distributors/stockists to ensure product availability.
• Submit daily reports, tour plans, and other required sales reports on time.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with company policies and work ethics.

Candidate Requirements – Essential

• Minimum 1 year of current/recent MR experience in the same territory.
• Continuous working experience with the same company in the current/recent role preferred.
• Experience covering the relevant district city and/or its interior areas.
• Bike/Two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Valid driving license required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel and interior-area coverage.
• Target-oriented and capable of independently managing the assigned territory.

Preferred Profile

• Local candidate from Raebareli, Sultanpur, or nearby areas preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the respective city and interior routes.
• Good knowledge of local doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
• General segment exposure preferred.
• Existing doctor/customer relationships and strong local market knowledge will be an advantage.

Compensation

Salary plus Daily Allowance (DA), travel/field allowance, and performance-based incentives.
