Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive (Female Preferred) to join our On-Roll Logistics Operations Team in Ganganagar, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage daily logistics and hub activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day logistics and hub operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth shipment processing.
• Monitor shipment movement and operational activities.
• Maintain daily operational reports, MIS, and records.
• Ensure timely execution of assigned operational tasks.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.
• Resolve operational issues to maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Assist in improving operational efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Eligibility

• Graduate preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
