💰 Salary & Compensation

·         Monthly Take-Home: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month (Based on interview performance and communication assessment)

·         Annual CTC: ₹3,60,000 to ₹6,00,000 P.A. + Performance-linked monthly incentives

·         Joining Status: Immediate Joiners Only (Candidates ready to clear rounds and join within 7 days will be given high preference)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

·         Identify potential corporate or retail clients through cold calling, market research, database mining, and digital leads.

·         Conduct impactful product pitches and presentations to prospective buyers, explaining value propositions clearly.

·         Follow up diligently on sales pipelines, handle customer objections professionally, and convert inquiries into active accounts.

·         Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and business development revenue targets.

2. End-to-End Process Operations

·         Manage the complete client onboarding lifecycle, from document collection and verification to data entry in internal CRM tools.

·         Coordinate seamlessly with fulfillment, logistics, or delivery teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.

·         Monitor operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and resolve service issues proactively to minimize customer friction.

3. Client Relationship Management

·         Act as the dedicated point of contact for clients, addressing service requests, billing queries, and account updates.

·         Maintain clean customer interaction records and transaction details within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or internal dashboards).

·         Collect consistent feedback from customers to pass on valuable marketplace insights to product and marketing teams.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

·         Education: Any Graduate (BBA, BMS, B.Com, B.Sc, or MBA Freshers looking for execution roles are preferred).

·         Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Clear voice modulation and confident professional telephone mannerisms are a must.

·         Analytical Ability: Comfortable working with numbers, compiling basic reports, and operating platforms like MS Excel / Google Sheets (vlookup, pivot tables).

·         Aptitude: High resilience, capability to thrive in a high-pressure target-driven environment, and strong multi-tasking skills.
