SAMS Kappal College is looking for a dedicated and passionate Physics Faculty to join our academic team in Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics and helping students develop a strong understanding of fundamental concepts and their practical applications. The faculty member will plan and deliver well-structured lessons, explain complex topics in a simple and effective manner, and conduct practical and laboratory sessions where required. The role includes preparing teaching materials, assignments, tests, and assessments, evaluating student performance, monitoring academic progress, and providing individual guidance to students. The candidate should encourage students to develop analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills through interactive classroom activities and practical learning. Strong knowledge of Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Optics, Electromagnetism, Laboratory Skills, Teaching, Presentation, and Classroom Management is expected. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience are preferred.
