Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled Refractory Engineer for our operations in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in refractory materials, furnace lining, thermal insulation, iron & steel plant operations, and process optimization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic industrial environment and contribute to improving plant efficiency and equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain refractory systems in furnaces and high-temperature equipment.
• Plan and supervise refractory installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Analyze refractory wear patterns and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure optimal furnace lining performance and thermal efficiency.
• Support iron & steel plant operations by minimizing downtime.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks of refractory materials.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams.
• Improve refractory life through process optimization techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and performance analysis.

Eligibility
