The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in refractory materials, furnace lining, thermal insulation, iron & steel plant operations, and process optimization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic industrial environment and contribute to improving plant efficiency and equipment performance. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain refractory systems in furnaces and high-temperature equipment. Plan and supervise refractory installation, repair, and maintenance activities. Analyze refractory wear patterns and recommend corrective actions. Ensure optimal furnace lining performance and thermal efficiency. Support iron & steel plant operations by minimizing downtime. Conduct inspections and quality checks of refractory materials. Coordinate with maintenance and production teams. Improve refractory life through process optimization techniques. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and performance analysis.
