About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Manager to oversee and coordinate day-to-day site execution for residential and commercial interior/architecture projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, manpower management, material coordination, quality control, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients as required.
• Manage and supervise site workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timelines.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, storage, and usage at the site.
• Check measurements and workmanship and identify any discrepancies or quality issues.
• Read and understand architectural, interior, and working drawings.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, measurements, and records.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.
• Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the project site.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Report project progress, material requirements, manpower requirements, and site issues to management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in site supervision/site management, preferably in interior design, architecture, construction, or modular/interior projects.
• Good understanding of interior and civil work execution.
• Ability to read architectural/interior working drawings.
• Strong knowledge of materials, measurements, finishing, and basic construction processes.
• Good manpower and contractor management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential interiors, commercial interiors, or turnkey projects.
• Knowledge of modular furniture/kitchen installation will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and site coordination skills.
