Job Description – Social Media Optimizer (SMO)
Company: Global Pioneer services 
Location: Tagore Town, Prayagraj
Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview:
Global Pioneer Services is seeking a creative and performance-driven Social Media Optimizer
(SMO) to manage, optimize, and grow the organization’s social media presence. The role focuses
on improving reach, engagement, and brand visibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize and manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube &
LinkedIn
• Plan, schedule, and publish content as per the content calendar
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions
• Monitor trends, reels, and algorithm updates
• Increase organic reach, followers, and engagement
• Track performance using insights and analytics tools
• Prepare basic weekly/monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Content Writers
• Maintain brand tone and visual consistency
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms
• Expertise in hashtag research and content optimization
• Good content sense and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Meta Business Suite & YouTube Studio
• Familiarity with AI tools for content optimization
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing
• Experience in education or coaching industry (added advantage)
Qualifications:
• Graduate/Diploma in Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred)
• Relevant hands-on experience in SMO or social media management

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures.
  • Open source contributions.
