Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Team Lead – Operations for our Australian Process in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the same designation within an International BPO environment and possess outstanding English communication skills. If you have strong leadership abilities and a passion for driving team performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team in an Australian customer support process.
• Monitor daily operations to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
• Handle client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, CSAT, AHT, and team productivity metrics.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Training, and Workforce Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvements and team engagement initiatives.
