Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of the real estate market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while mentoring high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Support the team in negotiations and deal closures.
Train, mentor, and coach team members to improve performance.
Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, and Management for smooth operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies.

Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
Knowledge of Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate market.
Target-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a sales team.
Proven record of achieving team sales targets.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
